Error when adding a viewer to profiles

Hi,

I am trying to add a viewer to all my profiles.  Most of my profiles were updated but for some of them, I got an error message saying "Name is required for new profiles".  I am not quite sure what it means as there is a name for those profiles.  Has anyone had this error before?
