Buy get in Clearance

Dear All,

I have a requirement where the retailer wants to keep But/get  Items on Clearance.

As clearance is given for Old Stock the retailer is planning to keep the Old stock in Multi-Buy using Clearance.

Example : Buy a blue shirt and get t-shirt free.

               Buy 2 pairs of Jeans and get t-shirt free.

Is there any option to create such Clearance instead of using Promotions.
