Calling concurrent program in loop

Dear All

I need to create AR invoices for sales order. I have created lines in RA_INTERFACES_LINES_ALL. Now I need to populate DOCUMENT_NUMBER and TRX_NUMBER fields in RA_INTERFACES_LINES_ALL. A custom program is being used for this purpose. But problem is that this program can be run at a time for single sales order. I want to run in bulk to populate DOCUMENT_NUMBER and TRX_NUMBER fields in RA_INTERFACES_LINES_ALL.
