Repair process to be mapped in service center

I would like to have your guidance to map the below business scenario.
1. Our depos collect the defective compressor and send to service center usign repair order.
2. When service center receive this material, they check the faulty one and ask Prodution to send the
material to replace.
3. Once material received at service center, they repair the compressor and send back to depos.
Here we prefer to map the task 2 and 3 through system.
Our depos are mapped as different Org, service center as Diff Org and Production as diff org.
Also we defined different item code for Repaied Item for identificaiton purpose. i.e
