Not able to change distributions charge account on Invoice Workbench (APXINWKB) in EBS 11i Payables

We are not able to change the distributions charge account on Invoice Workbench (APXINWKB) of prepayment type invoice  for Purchase order matched invoice.

When we create any PO using auto create option for any Expense requisition lines and do not provide supplier details on the auto create form and rather provide those details on the PO form then in this case we are not able to change the charge account on Invoice workbench screen because the charge account on distributions tab is locked.

But when we create PO using auto create for any Expense requisition and provide supplier details on the auto create form then in this case we are able to change the charge account on Ap Invoice workbench distributions tab.
