Upgrade from Siebel SIA 8.0.0.12 to 8.1.1.10

Hi all, we are evaluating the subject upgrade path.

In doc 1514115.1 is stated that starting with Siebel 8.1.1.9 "you can perform one step upgrade", does it mean that we don't have to install Siebel 8.1.1.0 first?

Should we just download and install Siebel 8.1.1.10 directly?
