Bulk Stock Management question

I am trying to load a client's strapping data into JD EnterpriseOne and I thought I could do that in the P4150001 table.I would like to make sure that I am setting up the data correctly and I thought that the above table is where that data would be stored but in reviewing Demo Jr along with documentation - I am not sure as to how to proceed - does anyone have information or can guide me as to the process?
