Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. When trying to use webADI to upload the daily rates, we are getting the below message and are unable to progress further

oracle.apps.bne.exception.bnefatalexception - A system error has occurred. Have your system administrator view the bne.log file

Oracle 11.5.10

IE 8.0

Please advise if anyone faced/ has a solution for the issue. I have also enclosed the bne log file for your perusal and below is what I could see

Exceeded maximum wait time for bootstrap download to occur. This may have been caused by high load on the server or some other network error
