Cannot allocate new log, sequence .......

The following is being logged every 5-10min in my alert log.  What are the possible causes of this error and solution? Mon Apr 14 11:39:20 2014 Thread 1 cannot allocate new log, sequence 20036 Private strand flush not complete   Current log# 4 seq# 20035 mem# 0: +FRA/db01/redo07.log   Current log# 4 seq# 20035 mem# 1: +DATA/db01/redo08.log Thread 1 advanced to log sequence 20036 (LGWR switch)   Current log# 1 seq# 20036 mem# 0: +FRA/db01/redo01.log   Current log# 1 seq# 20036 mem# 1: +DATA/db01/redo02.log Mon Apr 14 11:39:25 2014 Archived Log entry 19885 added for thread 1 sequence 20035 ID 0x56d1574f dest 1: Mon
