How to update TIP message on iProc Home page

Hi,

I am going to update the existing TIP message on iProc Home page.  I went to personalize page but I have no way to update since I can not find the “update item” or “create item” buttons.

Please find screenshot on the attached file - TIP.bmp

Could you please advise?
