Error message while doing WIP Move transaction in MES (discrete MFG) module

Here is what I am doing for performing move transaction in multi-labor one operation environment.

1) I entered Job on

2) I clocked in

3) I clocked out

4) I clicked Job off

5) clicked move transaction.

6) Observed that Clocked-in times were captured.

7) Entered badge number and hit move transaction button.

But when i hit apply on the move transaction form, i am getting below error.

Error Page 

You have encountered an unexpected error. Please contact the System Administrator for assistance. 

what could be the reasons for causing this issue and what could be a fix? Please help me if you know answer.
