Add third instance node to RAC standby

Hello Gurus,

I've Oracle RAC 11gR2 on Windows 2008 and RAC standby with 2 nodes. I'm lacking of how to guide to add third node to standby 2 node RAC. Please suggest me good resources. After added 3rd node to the standby, i have to switchover to the standby. Is it ok?
