Displaying list applet as chart

Can we display the list applet as a chart using the Google Charts etc,?, Since Siebel result set doesnt show the entire data available, graph might not show the actual data user has to work upon. Can we represent the entire data as a Graph instead of result set

Ex: I have 30 Open Opportunities and current Opportunities list Applet displays only 10 records as part of the result set,, Can i fetch the whole 30 Opportunities and display them as a graph?
