RMAN: Incremental backup larger than full backup?

Hello,

I'm familiarizing myself with all things RMAN and I noticed my  incremental lvl 1 backups are always much larger than my full backups.

Below is an example. Unless I'm reading this wrong, my lvl1 backup  is 704.15 MB while my full backup was 10.86 MB-  I'd expect it to be the other way around, no?

I'd expect incremental backups  to only include data that changed since the last full backup, and the full backup to be larger as it contains all data...
