Siebel Assignment Manager Component not working

Hi ,

I am supporting Siebel  7.8 field service application which is build on 4 application servers( 2 in cluster architecture), we are finding issues with assignment manager component which is residing on servers other than the cluster servers. It goes down as soon as the siebel services are restsrted and remains in that state permanantly.PFA the logs of the component.

Please help me in debugging the issue.
