How to identify version of outline?

Hello,

I have outline files (.otl) from version 9.3.1 and 11.1.2.1 mixed and I need to identify which needs to be converted/migrated for use in 11.1.2.3.500

Is there a way to read from the binary which version the outline belongs to?
