RFQ Due Date based on the Time along with the date ??

Dear All,

We have a specific requirement  from the client that most of the time they use to send the RFQ to the supplier with the due date of the same day just with the time difference. We are asking for the supplier to reply in two or three hours and supplier did as well. What we want at the time of creation of the RFQ while selecting the due date it should also show the time as well which it is not in RFQ form ??
