Not defaulting to service request tab when search by 'Service Request Number' in Contact center usin

Issue details:

Version Number:11.5.10.2

When I am searching by 'Service Request number' in Contact center form using 'Search' button or TAB OUT . It is defaulting to Service Request tab.

When I am doing the same by Form Personalisation it is not happening.

Below builtin used

1. Go_item to SKEY_HDR_BLK.SKEY_SRCH_HDR_BTN

2. Execute Trigger 'WHEN_BUTTON_PRESSED'

Then Contact and Customer details are populating but it is defaulting to 'Dashboard tab'

It is expected to default to 'Service Request' Tab.

Any help will be  much appreciated.
