sales order e-mail notification for service items

Hi All,

We are having a process that user will receive e-mail notification when service item (eg. commission-sb, basic care sale) was sold trhough normal sales order.

What are the necessary setup steps for this while entering new service items.

We want same behavior (i.e. e mail notification) for new items also.

Find attached is the sample e mail notification for existing item.
