Scheduled MRP Request are inactive

Hi,

We scheduled MDS/MPS/MRP Reqeust from Oracle User ID. When we inactive same ID for 2-3 days and Active later All MRP Reqeust are Inactive for Scheduling . We need to Schedule again . Why is this so? Is this Oracle intended Behaviour

We are in 12.1.1
