Inventory Items charged to a capital project and later moved to another org
We are beginning a major expansion and part of the purchase of the equipment includes spare parts. We will setup item numbers for the spares and place them in an org setup just for this capital project.. We wish to maintain the quantity on hand, but want the expense to go to the designated capital project How can we accomplish this? Once the capital project is complete, remaining spares will be inter-org transferred at zero $$ to the maintaining org.
