Does patch 11776182 modify rwbuilder.conf?

Hello,

We have EBS 12.1.3.

We are getting the following occasional errors when a certain report is submitted with certain parameters.

REP-0300: ORACLE error occurred.
REP-0069: Internal error
REP-57054: In-process job terminated:Terminated with error:
REP-300: ORACLE error occurred.

I found document, 1368715.1, which was for a different report, but I think within this document there is a generic fix that we can use for REP-57054.  From this document, I think we should apply

The document refers to another document that says to set the following values in file rwbuilder.conf:
