EBS R12 - DB PSU patch

Hello - In order to meet PCI audit and standared for DB, we are patching DB with leatest PSU and keep DB upto date with all recent patch fixes. However how can we do the same for EBS application and database?

For EBS - we can run patching wizard agaist info bundlle and identify leatest application patches.  But now sure about DB ? can some one suggest.
