Access not allowed for JMS messages

Hi,

While I am trying to view the summary of JMS messages in weblogic console it is saying access denied. I can only view it by admin login but I need to view the messages by other user id which is not administrator.

I tried by mapping the user to deployers,monitors, app testers in security realms but of no luck. Kindly let me know how to view the JMS messages by other user with out admin privilage.
