Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Form to collect leads at a tradeshow - only half of the leads are captured

Hi There

We have used a link ( CRM On Demand Marketing form) at a trade show on an iPad with wireless connectivity and only half of the leads are captured.

Any thoughts of what could have happen and how can we find the missing leads?
