Hi,

applying patch 18059182 with 6 // workers I have the error


ATTENTION: All workers either have failed or are waiting:

          FAILED: file ibyrenda.ldt on worker  1.
          FAILED: file ibytasks.ldt on worker  2.
          FAILED: file ibychlda.ldt on worker  3.
Looking in adworker 1 logfile I see
Uploading from the data file /soft/applications/orafin_POC12/OA01/apps/apps_st/appl/iby/12.0.0/patch/115/import/US/ibychlda.ldt
Altering database NLS_LANGUAGE environment to AMERICAN
Dumping from LCT/LDT files (/soft/applications/orafin_POC12/OA01/apps/apps_st/appl/iby/12.0.0/patch/115/import/ibyfdstp.lct(120.12
.12010000.5), /soft/applications/orafin_POC12/OA01/apps/apps_st/appl/iby/12.0.0/patch/115/import/US/ibychlda.ldt) to staging table
