Team member Finished Check but Physical Complete % does not turns to 100%

Hi all,

I have an issue with Team Member WEB, the team members update Activity % Complete, Expected Finish date, Start Date and Finish Date.  After several tests, we found the following activity configuration as the one with better performance and less errors while using the application:

% Complete Type=Physical

Duration Type=Fixed Units/Time

Today, I have found that when a team member selected the complete task check mark, the Physical % stayed in 0% and did not change to 100% that was the logical change to a completed activity (please see the attached screen shot).

Do you have any clue why the Physical % Complete  did not change?  How can we fix this issue (it is really important to Earned Value assessment)
