Duplicate MRP Message in Subsystem mode

When running MRP in Subsystem mode in Xe - it launches fine and start processing items too from Item Branch. However, it is creating same MRP message multiple times for an item - its like duplication of message as if same item is processed multiple times.

Anyone knows about this type of issue?

We earlier had Low level codes not aligned however they are now aligned.  For an item - it now have same low level code across branches.
