How to display a Troubleshooting Guide in HRHD Self Service based on the User Input?
Hi,
My client wants to display a troubleshooting guide in HR Helpdesk 9.2 Self Service, based on the Case Category selection. I have tried to use several delivered AAF triggers. I've also tried to setup a field change trigger to recommend a branch script. Nothing worked for me. Can anyone guide me into the right direction on how to configure this?
