Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. This means that users with generic domains (such as gmail.com, yahoo.com, and others) will no longer be granted access to the discussion forums and ideas labs. If this policy affects you, act now to change the email address that is associated with your Oracle (and community) account. BI Publisher - Default Data Source values not retained after upgrade from 10g to 11g

Hi

We are currently in the process of upgrading from OBIEE 10.1.3.4 to OBIEE 11.1.1.7.

After upgrading analytics rpd and webcat we have also upgraded the BI publisher repository in our development environment.

As seen in attached screenshots we noticed that the upgraded reports do not retain the 'Default Data Source'.

We have hundreds of BI publisher reports and it would be very difficult for us to manually go in and change this in each and every report.

Why aren't the default values retained?Has anyone faced this issue? Is this a known bug?Is there a reasonable workaround for this issue?
