How do i know if the package build deployed to specific machine ?

Hi, i was wondering how i would know if the package builld is deployed to specific machine ?

normally we got this R98825D after done package deploy...in this report it only shows correct pathcode and appserver where this package is deployed to ...

by the way, how are these report R97601, R98405  and R98700 generated ?  is this from P96470 software update screen after installing the ESU?

pls  help englighten..
