What is the Process of Internal Hiring in JDE?

The real issue comes in Applicant hiring for internal Employee. We did process now for one of the eRecruit Applicant but records were not added in F08401. Don’t know whether system should add records or not for Internal Candidates in Applicant Master.
How you will assign new job to Employee? We have two workaround.
1 - Termination - But this is not suitable workaround.
2 - Changing the Job Type from P0801ORG.
Does anyone have any workaround or any option?
What I feel that If internal candidate applying for Job, his/her records should be added to Applicant Master. From here onwards hiring should be begin keeping the Original Date Started, Hire date as it is in P0801EMP. Here issue is that as Applicant is also part of Employee Master hence he/she cannot be move to Employee Master again as it will prompt for message in hiring.
