Version Control for Configurator Publication in Quoting / OM?

Hi all,

Customer has a lot of models and will publish new UI version at least monthly.

Customer therefore wants to see, when he opens a saved configuration in Quoting or OM, on which Configurator UI Version the UI that opens is based.

Do you have any ideas / best practices?

Is it e.g. possible to show the publication date to which is referenced by the Configurator Engine in OM for a certain Configuration?
