ORACLE 11gR2 Scheduler email notifications not sent

Hi,

We have a number of scheduler jobs, database version is Oracle EE 11.2.0.3.0.

Following Administrator's Guide and support note ID 1107813.1, we configured EMAIL_SERVER and EMAIL_SENDER global attributes and added email notifications for JOB_STARTED and JOB_COMPLETED events.

The jobs run properly but we don't receive email notifications.

Is there any step we missed in configuration?
