Unable to find the values for receipt methods in Receipts workbench

Hi Experts,

There are two receipts classes with two receipt methods. One for EUR and other for DKK currency. When we change the currency from DKK to Eur in receipts workbench, we are unable to find the receipt method associated with EUR.

Is there any setup missing ? The responsibility we are navigating is from DK only.

Please suggest.
