Unable to enter cancel reason while Cancelling PR from iProcurement

Hi All,

When am trying to cancel a PR from iProcurement i could not see 'Cancel Reason' field to enter my reason for cancellation.

I could see the Cancel Reason field when select personalize page and it is rendered as True but its not appearing in the front end

Please let me know how to achieve this
