Getting error while trying to book order in Depot Repair

Hi,

Getting the following error while trying to book the order in depot repair.

Error returned in ASO_CHECK_TCA_PVT.CUST_ACCT_RELATIONSHIP

ORA-00972: identifier is too long

ORA- 06512: at APPS.ASO_UTILITY_PVT. line 107

ORA-06512: APPS>ASO_PARTY_INT, line 2604

ORA-01422: exact fetch returns more than requested number of rows

CS_DB_ERROR.

Please suggest.
