CRM module to implement

Hi Dear Concerned

My project is looking to add CRM module as well for implementation. I am a distribution guy not really have any CRM docs other than eguide. the version is 9.0.

i looked at edelivery site for UPK, but nothing showing up there.  Can you help me any documents related towards this configuration.
