Wrong Language in DV810 but correct in PD810

I have a problem, can anyone help me to solve it ? I have changed my User to the Italian Language but in DV810 environment the program is always in default English Language while in PD810 environment is correct in Italian. I reinstalled my enterpriseone application, tested on various PC in Windows 7, remade the full package of Dv810 but nothing, it doesn't change the language.
