DNFS- RMAN hang

Hi everybody,

due to an IP-Change I'm not able make rman backups (hangs) - I've changed the /etc/oranfstab file accordingly - it seems that it will not be reloaded.

Do  I really have to restart the DB ?

My OS is HPUX 11.31 - Database is 11.2.0.3.
