The ERPI/FDMEE team recently published the following white paper:

  • ERP Integrator and FDM Enterprise Edition: Understanding the Account Reconciliation Manager (ARM) Data Loading Process (Doc ID 1662983.1)

Data loading to ARM is facilitated through the use of ERPI with version 11.1.2.2 and prior, and FDMEE release 11.1.2.3 and higher.  It is important to understand the details of the data load process in order to build and maintain mapping rules in ERPI or FDMEE that transform the source data into the format that can be loaded to Profiles in ARM.  The focus of this document is to explain the nuances of the data load process from ERP sources to ARM.
