Cannot work on debrief for tasks

Hi,

We have problem regarding debriefing of task.

Task which are in status 'UWQ Assigned', can not be debriefed and debrief form is grayed out for this.

Even some tasks are in 'Accepted' state and Assignment status is 'UWQ Assigned' and we cannot work on derief form for that due to same reason.

I have changed task status to 'Accepted' from 'UWQ Assigned' for some tasks, but problem is not resolved.
