Dynamic Borders on column headers and rows - Excel template

Hi All,

I am using xsl functions to switch between different column values in my excel template. Also, for different organizations the number of columns vary and I am able to achieve this. However, I have a problem adding a border to the cells. Let me elaborate on this, I have 13 columns for one org and 16 for another. I need to be able to add borders to the 3 extra cells dynamically. I did some reading on this and I found that XSL-FO border style Properties need to be used but I am not sure of how I should incorporate
