RLM Customer BT code populating Intermediate ST Location in RLM WB after DSP

Client is mapping the EDI Bill To Location Code from BILL_TO_EDI_LOCATION_CODE in 830/862 Interface to  CUST_BILL_TO_EXT in RLM_INTERFACE_LINES.  However, when Demand Processor Completes it populates CUST_INTERMD_SHIP_TO_LOC in RLM Interface Lines and since this BT address has only BT Purpose Code, it fails with Error :: "Release Management program unit rlm_validatedemand_sv.DeriveIntrmdShipToID-010: rlm_core_sv.start_debug failed with the following  progress code: 010 and....etc.

I have never seen this and before I log an SR I am looking to see if anyone else has experienced this abnormal behavior?
