SLA Upgrade process 11.5.10.2 to R12.2.3

Hello

We are in process of R12 upgrade and are currently on v11.5.10.2(Public Sector Federal Financials) . From what I heard is that the  historical SLA Upgrade process does not upgrade 11i Accounting Events that are created from USSGL Transaction Codes (e.g. Budgetary Entries) into the new XLA tables). Any ideas /thoughts how to address this. Is their any separate patch for this?
