AGIS : Journals are not transfered from AGIS to GL

Hi Guys,

We created transaction type in AGIS that does not require invoicing and that approval is not required and completed the other mandatory setup.

then run the process as follows :

Initiator creates outbound transaction.

Recipient completes the inbound transaction.

have set the GL Transfer option (system options) to "online":

so it is expected that Oracle Workflow transfers the transaction to GL_INTERFACE

BUT there is no journal is created in both initiator and recipient ledgers. Also checked GL_interface , there is no record

Can anyone help to resolve this issue.
