Child Support ACH using JDE

We are doing an analysis of using JDE Child Support ACH functionality (and having JDE create the ACH file for all States we have Child Support Payments).

One of the questions we have is "can we create one ACH file for multiple states"?

I have some of the documentation on setting up Child Support ACH (and we have done some of the setup already for just one state- Texas)... but is there someone I can contact to assist me with some questions on using JDE Child Support ACH functionality for all states?
