FSGs Across Ledgers with Difference Currencies

In EBS R12, can an FSG report be set up to pull in balances from multiple ledgers that have different functional currencies?

In our instance (release R12.1.3), we have 5 ledgers, each with a different functional currency (i.e. USD, CAD, EUR, CHF, GBP) but they all share the same chart of accounts.  And we have a ledger set that contains all 5 ledgers.

We would like to run an FSG report that includes all 5 ledgers.  But the FSG report needs to show balances from each ledger in the functional currency.  This does not seem possible as Currency seems to be a required field for an FSG report.
