Multiple holders for a Position

Hi,

Case: Multiple managers(employees) are assigned to a single position.

while approving for a PO or Requisition, the subordinates has to manually select their manager, as the default is selected based on the least alphabetical order.

Is there any profile or any option to default.

Position-- 10 Manager-assigned to 2 employees A and B

employee X is under B, while creating the PO and click for forward the default name selected is A not B,

can we default it to B.
