13861761:R12.PER.B : not changing the form PERWSHRG.fmb version

Hi All

My customer has applied the above and it does not change the form version as given in the readme.

When i checked the lgi file i see

Turning off the following actions as the file should not be on-site:

Information about files copied to the APPL_TOP would be written to the
informational message file.
